As a member of the evaluation team of the Illinois Enhancing Education through Technology (EETT) federal grant led by EvalSolutions Inc., from 2010 through 2012, Dr. Jarosewich examined the statewide implementation and outcomes of the multi-site grant through an online data collection system, site visits, and annual surveys. Dr. Jarosewich conducted four site visits annually to five sites to collect information about program implementation, challenges, and successes. Data collection included document review, interviews, focus groups, and observations of instructional practices. A case study report was prepared to summarize the case study findings, which was shared with each site and submitted to the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). Dr. Jarosewich also co-authored a multiple case study analysis report that summarized findings across the nine case study sites. Dr. Jarosewich used nVivo software to manage and analyze data and collaborated with a co-evaluator to analyze and report the cases study findings. The team presented the results of the multiple case study analysis at the 2012 annual conference of the American Education Research Association.
